About Us

My name is Matthew Heur, a student at La Canada High School. I saw the need for help in daily household tasks in the La Canada and La Crescenta senior community.

To make myself and other teens available and accessible, I made a group called Strong Teens Stronger Community. This scheduling website for anyone to ask and receive help.

Mission

Our mission is to bridge the generational gap and make a positive impact in our community by providing respectful, compassionate support and assistance to seniors with physical tasks. Through meaningful connections, we aim to foster a stronger, more inclusive community where empathy, respect, and intergenerational bonds thrive.

Vision

We envision a harmonious community where seniors are embraced with love and respect, and where teens actively engage in meaningful service. We want to forge lasting connections to enrich lives. Through our commitment to intergenerational collaboration, we aspire to create a brighter, more compassionate future, where generations come together to create a tapestry of shared wisdom, joy, and support.

Why Choose Us?

We are teens in your community (La Canada, La Crescenta, Montrose, Glendale, and beyond) with willingness and eagerness to help.

We will always be supervised by an adult.

We will bring our own gloves and eye protection.

We are completely free!
